I HAVE A HEADACHE, IS IT A MIGRAINE ?

A test known as the ‘migraine trait test’ can be applied to those who have had at least two headaches in the last 3 months and whose pains are bothersome. In this test, which is created using the most typical features of migraine; if you answer ‘YES’ to any two or all three of the 3 questions, there is a 90% probability that you have migraine.

These questions are;

1. Have you sometimes experienced nausea or stomach discomfort during your headache?

2. Have you ever been bothered by light during your headache?

3. Have you experienced at least one day of work, school or activity limitations due to your headache?
