Break routines
We love our routines, but the more routines we have, the less our brain works during the day. Small changes like taking a different route to the grocery store, using a different hand throughout the day (right if you are left-handed) stimulate your brain.

Read a book
The trick here is to choose a book on a subject that is completely new to you. Read a novel set in India. Learn about health, philosophy, economics. Challenge your brain to understand a subject that you are not familiar with.

Play games
Puzzles are a classic brain trainer, accessing not only verbal language but also your memory from many dimensions of knowledge. Sudoku is a number placement game based on memory. The “planning” done to complete a Sudoku puzzle helps improve short-term memory and increases concentration. You can also find many brain games online on sites like Braingle. You can even create your own puzzles to give your brain a workout. Doing puzzles is also a good exercise.

Exercise
When you move your body, your brain has to learn new muscle skills, estimate distance, and balance. Choose a variety of exercises to challenge your brain.
